[Set of 4] Stacking Espresso "Salami Shot" 4 SLICE Cups

Set of 4 Stacking Espresso "Salami Shot" Cups. Includes 4 SLICE cups.

Intended for dialing in espresso shots using the "Salami Shot" technique.

Whole stack holds up to 80ml of liquid; 15ml per stacked cup, 35ml for the top cup. Overfilling lower level cups will leave the underside of the higher cup wet. This set of 4 measures about 2.8" tall.

Pull up to 15ml in each of the the first three cups and use the fourth cup to determine how much further the shot can be pulled without the risk of tainting the initial run of well extracted espresso.

Experiment with different ratios without wasting coffee!

Certain bean and machine pairings work better at shorter (1:1) or taller (1:3) water to coffee ratios and it's a shame wasting high quality coffee trying to dial in the right ratio. There is an ideal end of a shot pull where properly extracted becomes over-extracted.

These cups help reduce that waste and is more convenient than using several full size espresso cups.
